New article in La Tribune on airport privatization

After having privatized in 2015 Toulouse airport, the French government is about to sell the majority of its shares in the airports of Lyon and Nice this year. Many companies are positioned for these tenders but the question of the value of these airports remains unanswered

This article (in French) details four different methods to assess the value of an airport. It is based on Colin Jones and Neil Dunse's entitled « The valuation of an airport as a commercial enterprise » published in the Journal of Property Investment and Finance.
