My article in La Tribune on waiting time at the airport

Following the strengthening of border controls, air passengers find themselves trapped in endless queues. But these long minutes (and sometimes hours) of waiting have a cost not only for the air transport industry but also for the whole country. What are the costs of queuing at airports?

This article (in French - "Combien coûtent les files d'attente dans les aéroports ?") offers some insights on this question based on a research article written by Fynnwin Prager, Adam Rose, Dan Wei, Bryan Roberts and Charles Baschnagel entitled « Economy-wide impacts of reduce wait times at U.S. international airports » that has been published in 2015 in Research in Transportation Business and Management.
